1st Course Options

 

caesar salad  little gem lettuce, focaccia croutons, grated hard boiled egg, shaved parmesan with caesar dressing

green salad  grilled halumi cheese, pistachio vinaigrette, mint, fennel, radishes

truffled potato leek soup – crouton and emmental cheese

burrata – meyer lemon, poppy seeds, evoo & thyme on grilled bread

shrimp and wild mushroom risotto – sautéed gulf shrimp, mixed wild mushrooms, soft herbs

aged imported iberico jamon  – black truffle cauliflower puree, arkansas black apples, preserved meyer lemon, piquillo pepper, pickled purple cauliflower, brioche (special supplement, add $10)

 

2nd Course Options

 

prime rib – with roasted yukon gold potatoes, manchego cheese, horseradish cream, jus

seared king salmon – miso maple glazed rainbow carrots, black garlic puree, pea shoots

seared chicken breast – roasted carrots and parsnips, hazelnuts, parsnip puree, crispy parsnips, and chicken jus

chef’s vegetarian entrée creamy nettled grits, buttermilk stuffed corn bread pudding, apple bourbon bbq sauce, sunflower sprouts

 

3rd Course Options

 

flourless chocolate cake pomegranate cream cheese frosting, pistachio, salted caramel ice cream
